Clean and whiten between each tooth with the Smile Avenue charcoal floss.

Break off about 15 inches of floss and wind around your fingers. Hold the floss tightly and guide it between your teeth using a gentle rubbing motion. Never snap the floss into the gums. When the floss reaches the gum line, gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth. Hold the floss tightly against the tooth. Gently rub the side of the tooth, moving the floss away from the gum with up and down motions.

Does its job well, for whitening on the other hand, it is better to buy the Smile Avenue whitening kit which is really made for that. I also tested it and really liked it. Having tested different brands that offered more or less the same product, I am happy to have tried Smile Avenue, which for me is the best charcoal floss on the market. I've also tried their whitening kits and honestly, I'll never do that at the dentist again. Smile Avenue products work and are not too expensive like some. Good value for money.
